Who you are dealing with

aianswerindex.com is operated by an independent sole trader based in New York City, United States. We are not a registered company. Contact for any matter, including anything in these terms: support@aianswerindex.com. We answer email; there is no phone line.

What this site is

We ask publicly available AI assistants questions a customer might ask them, such as "who are the best wedding photographers in New York City", and publish the answers we receive, verbatim and dated. The index is free and requires no account.

We publish only neutral, factual observations: whether a business was named, its position in the answer, and the verbatim sentence naming it. We do not publish a model's opinion about a business's quality, and we do not write commentary of our own. If your business appears here and you would rather it did not, removal is immediate and requires no proof.

Accuracy, and what we do not promise

Everything published traces to a stored model response, but the responses themselves are produced by third-party AI systems that are non-deterministic: the same question can return different businesses on different days. A result on this site is evidence of one answer, on one date, from one model. It is not a ranking, not a review, and not an endorsement — by the AI provider or by us. Absence from an answer is not a judgement about a business.

We do not guarantee the index is complete, current, or free of error. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix or remove it.

The Fix Pack

We sell one product: the AI Visibility Fix Pack, $49 USD, one time. It is a report generated for a single business from that business's own check results, delivered by email as a PDF and markdown bundle, normally within a minute of payment and in any case within 24 hours. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

The Fix Pack describes changes you can make. It cannot and does not guarantee that any AI assistant will name your business, or that any commercial outcome will follow. Anyone promising you that is selling something they cannot deliver.

Refunds

Two routes, both straightforward:

• Automatic. If our system cannot assemble a substantive report — too few completed runs, or nothing concrete to report — it refunds your payment without being asked and emails to explain.
• On request. If the report does not apply to your business or is not useful, reply to the delivery email or write to support@aianswerindex.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds return to the original payment method and typically take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Acceptable use

Do not use the free check to submit businesses you have no connection to in bulk, attempt to overload the service, or scrape the index systematically. The check is rate limited. The index is here to be read and cited; if you want the data for research, write and ask rather than hammering the site.

Do not use the opt-out form to remove businesses that are not yours. We do not verify removals, which makes abuse possible — and also self-limiting, since the affected business will notice and ask to be reinstated.

Liability

The site and the Fix Pack are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the site or a Fix Pack is limited to the amount you paid us, which for almost everyone is nothing and for a Fix Pack buyer is $49. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost revenue.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

Model responses are reproduced as evidence for the factual claims on each page. Business names are used to identify the businesses they refer to. No affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any AI provider or any named business is claimed or implied. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to support@aianswerindex.com and we will look at it promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for a purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute.
